# Historial Ownership

A new feature coming soon to LandExplorer is the historical ownership layer, which you can use for any proprietor, from a private landowner to a local authority. It lets you see at a glance every property tied to their name and then slide back through the years to see exactly how their holdings have shifted: what's been acquired and what's been sold during a specific year.
